I was poking around on the interwebz (that is what Andy Jenkins, aka “the video boss” calls the internet) and heard a rumor that the Video Boss video production course is going to be available again.

This is very cool…especially if he has some new content for the free video production stuff that he gives away during the product launch.  He really helped me to understand how to optimize video for a lot of different devices like the iPhone and iPad, without making things super complicated.

Like most things, they are easy, if you know what you are doing.  The Video Boss course, really excels at making video production easy.

I saw this ad the other day for Apple’s new iMac minis. What was not surprising is that Apple was using rap artist Young Jeezy to promote their new line of micro computers. Most adults out there would not know Young Jeezy from a hot rock, but you can bet your bottom dollar that your kids know who he is. He is one
of the hottest rap acts going right now. Is there a reason why Apple is the only one doing things like this?

Newsgroup Access

Of course, Young Jeezy probably is not so hip that he knows about the Usenet. The Usenet has been around a lot longer than the World Wide Web, and there are still die-hard fans that use it to exchange ideas, files, papers and all kinds of things. Of course, if you are going to exchange binary files, like applications, pictures and things like ringtones, then you are going to want to find the best binary newsgroup servers that you can. These companies provide unlimited access to all of the binary newsgroups that exist and keep the files available for months after they are posted. Good deal for $15 / month or whatever they charge if you ask me.
